Responsibilities:

Greet customers with a friendly smile and be able to describe restaurant’s food and drink offerings. Be able to answer questions about selling food and drink items. Plan the seating of guests by recommending less expensive tables, booths, or areas of the restaurant. Maintain cleanliness of dining area and ensure table settings are clean and available for customers. Manage waste products after meals. Act as security for customers in the restaurant. Set up tables for dining or drinks. Have knowledge of wine.
