If you have any questions, please email hr@lilyannsnc.com. Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring excellent guest relations. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for customer service in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using the Aloha POS system. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Help guests with inquiries about the menu, specials, and restaurant services. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth operations. Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy, striving for guest satisfaction. Support the restaurant team during busy periods by assisting with various tasks as needed. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha, is a plus. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
