The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to communicate effectively with both guests and staff. Duties Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere. Manage the seating chart and assign tables based on guest preferences and server availability. Utilize POS systems, including TOAST POS, to manage reservations and track guest flow. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing excellent guest relations throughout their visit. Help coordinate special events or large parties, ensuring all details are handled efficiently. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members. Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly TOAST POS, is a plus. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
