Prior experience as a host, bar back, busser, or similar support role is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Hours vary, but must be able to work most evenings approximately 4p-10p including weekends, Preference given to those with open availability.
Host Duties Include:
Managing reservation requests via telephone and online, greeting and seating guests, organizing seating arrangements, light cleaning, and assisting others where needed.
Busser Duties Include:
Clear and reset tables promptly after guests have finished dining, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for the next guests. Dispose of trash and used linens in designated areas, ensuring proper separation and disposal methods. Refill water glasses and provide additional items, such as napkins or condiments, as requested by guests or waitstaff.
Support Teamwork:
Communicate effectively and collaborate with bartenders, servers, and other team members to ensure smooth coordination and exceptional guest service. Offer assistance to fellow team members during busy periods or as needed to maintain a high level of service.
General Maintenance:
Regularly monitor and restock restroom supplies, including paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
