The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding guest services in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage the seating process efficiently. Maintain an organized waiting list and communicate wait times to guests accurately. Provide information about the menu, specials, and restaurant policies to enhance guest relations. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Uphold cleanliness and organization in the host/host area, ensuring a pleasant first impression for guests. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred, particularly in a restaurant setting. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role. Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail in guest interactions.
