Lumberton, NC, 28358 The Host is responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at their table Manage reservations and ensure timely seating of guests Answer phone calls and take reservations Assist servers with clearing tables and resetting for new guests Ensure a clean and organized host stand area Provide guests with menus and answer any questions they may have Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Assist with other duties as assigned by management
