Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a positive first impression. Manage the to-go orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations when needed. Handle phone orders with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly. Resolve any guest concerns or issues promptly and effectively. Qualifications Host/hostess experience Food service background Strong customer service skills Previous restaurant experience Excellent communication skills Familiarity with POS systems Good phone etiquette Skilled in guest relations
