The ideal candidates will have experience in customer service, are highly responsible and reliable, have the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, are able to work in a team environment and have great communication skills. Summary As a Floor Host, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Your core skills in customer service and communication will be essential as you engage with guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously. With experience in food service and restaurant operations, you’ll manage guest relations and enhance their overall experience. Join our team to deliver exceptional hospitality in a vibrant and dynamic setting. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first and last impression. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly. Manage reservations and seating arrangements through our reservations system, Tock, to optimize guest experience. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service. Maintain a clean and organized host area, ensuring a welcoming environment.
