The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, as you will manage reservations, greet guests, and coordinate seating arrangements. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables. Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart to optimize table turnover. Provide accurate wait times and communicate effectively with guests regarding their seating status. Answer phone calls with professionalism, providing information about the restaurant and taking reservations as needed. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area. Experience Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Experience in the food service or hospitality industry is advantageous. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
