In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive dining experience. You will manage reservations, greet guests, and assist in seating arrangements while maintaining effective communication with the restaurant staff. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere. Communicate effectively with guests regarding wait times and special requests. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Help promote a positive dining experience through attentive hospitality and guest relations. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service and guest relations. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. A passion for hospitality and helping others create memorable dining experiences.
