As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience. Duties

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
• Provide guests with menus.
• Take phone reservations and address customer inquiries
• Collaborate with servers to ensure smooth service flow
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area Qualifications
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor
• Strong guest relations skills with a focus on delivering top-notch guest services
• Knowledge of food service industry standards, especially in a hotel setting
