Golf Event Host & Caddies Green Girls Golf Nashua, NH 03062 Job Overview As a Caddie, you will play a vital role in enhancing the golfing experience for players at our prestigious golf course. You will be responsible for providing support to golfers by carrying their bags, offering advice on club selection, and ensuring that they have everything they need for an enjoyable round of golf. This position requires excellent customer service skills and a passion for the game of golf. Duties Carry golf bags and assist players throughout their round. Provide knowledgeable advice on club selection and course strategy. Maintain an understanding of the course layout, including hazards and greens. Ensure that all equipment is clean and in good condition. Offer exceptional guest services to enhance the overall experience for golfers. Assist with cash handling during transactions at the pro shop or snack bar. Help manage events and tournaments as needed, ensuring smooth operations. Engage with children during family events or junior golf programs, fostering a love for the game. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Experience in conflict management to handle any issues that may arise on the course. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic financial transactions. Background in events management to assist with organizing tournaments or special events. Knowledge of resort operations is a plus, enhancing the overall guest experience. Ability to engage with children effectively, making golf enjoyable for younger players. Previous experience in theater or performance can enhance communication skills and presence on the course.
