Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow. Provide information about menu items and specials, enhancing the dining experience. Assist with guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction. Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen personnel to ensure smooth service operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area.
