Host duties include greeting & seating guests, Cashing out customers at the counter, taking phone orders, offering refills at the table, and provide any assistance to the Servers. We are looking for part-time staff for both summer and/or beyond. Duties Greet & seat guests. Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery to guests. Cash out customers. Take phone orders. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of service areas. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Utilize POS systems, including Toast POS. Foster positive guest relations through effective communication and attentive service. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Familiarity with guest services, phone etiquette, and guest relations is highly desirable. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with team members. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
