Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow. Maintain an organized waitlist and communicate wait times effectively. Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, assisting with reservations and inquiries. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area. Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. Ability to work well under pressure in a busy restaurant environment. Knowledge of food service practices and customer service standards is beneficial.
