Host/Hostess Position Available In Erie, New York

Host/Hostess Bar-Bill Tavern 185 Main Street, East Aurora, NY 14052 We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Hostess to join our team! As the first point of contact for our patrons, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and creating a positive dining experience.

Duties:

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Seat guests and manage the wait list
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
• Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Skills:

• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in hospitality or food service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in POS systems (specifically Toast POS)
• Knowledge of guest relations practices
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment $13.
