The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a positive dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding guest services in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet guests as they arrive and provide them with menus. Manage the seating chart to ensure efficient table turnover while maintaining guest comfort. Assist guests with inquiries regarding menu items, specials, and restaurant policies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area. Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information and taking reservations as needed. Collaborate with the serving staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction. Utilize Aloha POS system for managing reservations and guest information effectively. Address any guest concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience. Experience Previous experience in guest services or food service is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and guest relations. Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha, is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
