• Open Call at Ficuzza (121 7th Ave S, New York, NY 10014) starting Monday 06/17 to Sunday 06/22 from 3PM to 5 PM.

• We are seeking a professional and personable Host to be the welcoming face of our restaurant.

The ideal candidate will create a memorable first impression, provide genuine hospitality, and ensure our guests feel valued from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Manage reservations and walk-in seating through our system (e.g., Resy/OpenTable)
• Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth seating flow
• Handle guest inquiries with grace and a sense of urgency
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the front entrance and host stand

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a host in a high-end or full-service restaurant preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Poised, well-groomed, and confident under pressure
• Punctual, organized, and attentive to detail
