Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide assistance upon arrival to create a welcoming and seamless experience.
Maintain an organized and efficient coat check service for guest convenience.
Support the hosting of private events as needed, demonstrating flexibility and professionalism.
Effectively manage reservations using systems like Resy to ensure smooth booking processes.
Handle incoming calls courteously, offering information and reservation assistance promptly.

Qualifications and Skills:

Strong dedication to excellence and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience with reservation systems such as Resy is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
