Our location in Herald Square 35th St. – New York City, is looking for individuals interested in joining our team as Host/Hostess (Vibe Ambassadors) . If you like working in a fun and familiar work environment, providing genuine service, quality food and have an enthusiasm to learn and grow with us, we want to meet you! Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, serving as the first point of contact. Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly. Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure a seamless dining experience. Utilize POS systems to assist with order processing and guest interactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess area.

Skills and Requirements:

Comfortable working in fast paced, high energy environment Hardworking and enthusiastic team player Willing to learn Strong communicator: Verbal, written, In-person, over the phone and via messaging Works in a clean and organized manner Demonstrates timeliness and a sense of urgency Enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences both in-person and over the phone Sense of humor Experience working with on-line ordering platforms, take-out and deliveries preferred Experience with reservation systems preferred Experience with seating flow preferred Black Tap serves award winning New York style burgers, fries, wings, craft beers, mason jar cocktails, salads, sides, and of course our world famous Crazy Shakes, making us the must try for every food tourist and burger obsessed Vegas Local.
