Under close supervision of manager, greet & receive patrons; provide menus & communicate with patrons to read & explain Korean menu items/ingredients, & address questions on food allergies/dietary restrictions; assign seating according to rotation; manage wait list & reservations; prepare to open/close, & check for cleanliness.
