Required Years of Experience 2 years Job Details all & sundry is a bar and bistro just steps away from Columbus Circle and Central Park. We are looking for a new Lead Host to join our team! The Lead Host is an essential role to our hospitality program. We are looking for a vibrant and service-focused individual, who takes pride being the first and last experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a welcoming, professional and polished environment for guests
Manage the reservation system; including in-service waitlist and backend seating charts to maximize seating and optimize flow
Boost cover counts through strategic planning and fostering relationships Build relationships with neighboring businesses and residences through our Concierge Outreach Program Liaise between team members during service to ensure the highest level of hospitality, service and efficiency
Work alongside management to lead the FOH team through service Oversee large party bookings and special requests

Qualifications:

2+ years experience with NYC reservation and door management Proficient with Resy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Weekend, night and holiday availability $25/hour Full benefits 2 weeks vacation
