The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality. Duties Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive and remaining at entrance and post Assist guests with seating arrangements and provide menus. Manage the waitlist effectively, ensuring timely seating for all guests. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, providing information about the restaurant and taking reservations as needed. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, enhancing overall guest relations. Collaborate with restaurant staff and managers to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Experience Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred. Familiarity with food service or restaurant environments is a plus. Strong phone etiquette skills to handle inquiries effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact positively with guests and team members.
