• Welcome guests and manage the flow of tables and seating areas.
• Handle phone calls and messages in a professional and courteous manner.
• Take orders and operate the POS system efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service.
• Offer assistance with guest services and resolve any issues promptly.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the restaurant’s menu and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with all restaurant policies and procedures. Qualifications
• Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
