ABOUT THE ROLE
Think of it as a sales assistant, but on Tiktok Live! Tiktok livestream host position focuses on creating and executing an energetic “sales show” to obtain viewer’s interest, engagement and become a follower. During the live streaming, we are looking to create viewer interactions and direct product purchases from the viewers.
Work Schedule:
•Candidates must be available to work 5 days a week and must have a consistent start time each day. •Two shift options are available:
Morning:
11 AM-3
PM Start Afternoon:
4 PM -8PM Start
RESPONSIBILITIES
Product demonstration and brand promotion: Act as a direct point of contact of the brand on Tiktok live and showcase the brand’s jewellery products LIVE. The product category ranges from skincare to cosmetics.
Live sales:
Sales-oriented using innovative tactics as well as excellent product knowledge to drive sales via LIVE. Explore and maximize monetization opportunities to boost earnings.
Engage Viewers:
Able to maintain high energy throughout the stream, leveraging your expertise to create memorable shopping experiences for our audience. Interact with viewers, respond to comments, and create a popular and engaging live stream environment.
REQUIREMENTS
Have Fashion/Jewelry related experience Previous experience in retail, sales or other related customer facing fields Possess a deep understanding of sales techniques and a strong passion for product promotion Cheerful, lively, confident, energetic, and a team player Comfortable in-front of the camera Quick learner and ability to adapt different situation Able to take in feedback and make changes to improve the sales process and able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment Work onsite Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
COMPENSATION
Starting at $30/hour + Commission based on experience and performance
