ABOUT THE ROLE
Do you love adventure, gear, and talking about how stuff works? As a TikTok Live Host for outdoor gear, you’ll showcase everything from camping tools to tactical flashlights and survival kits. Your job is to demonstrate functionality, create excitement, and help viewers see why they need this gear for their next hike, trip, or emergency pack. Work Schedule Candidates must be available to work 5 days a week and must have a consistent start time each day.
Two shift options are available:
Morning:
11 AM-3
PM Afternoon:
4 PM-8 PM
RESPONSIBILITIES
Gear demo and education : Present and test gear live—show knife sharpness, flashlight range, water resistance, and more. Bring out the “wow” factor. Drive live conversions : Make outdoor gear feel essential and exciting. Speak the language of adventure, durability, and reliability to drive purchases. Viewer engagement : Make the livestream feel like an outdoor enthusiast’s hangout. Share real-life use tips, answer questions, and build community with your audience.
REQUIREMENTS
Passion for outdoor activities, camping, hiking, or gear testing Hands-on experience with outdoor tools a big plus Prior experience in sales, retail, or livestreaming preferred High energy, relatable on camera, and comfortable testing products live Able to adapt and react quickly to comments and feedback during stream Must work onsite Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
COMPENSATION
Starting at $25/hour + commission, based on experience and performance
YOU WILL BE STREAMING AT OUR STUDIO IN LONG ISLAND CITY, QUEENS.
