ABOUT THE ROLE
Think of it as a sales assistant, but on Tiktok Live! Tiktok livestream host position focuses on creating and executing an energetic “sales show” to obtain viewer’s interest, engagement and become a follower. During the live streaming, we are looking to create viewer interactions and direct product purchases from the viewers.
Work Schedule:
•Candidates must be available to work 5 days a week and must have a consistent start time each day. •Two shift options are available:
Morning:
11 AM-3
PM Start Afternoon:
4 PM -8PM Start
RESPONSIBILITIES
Product demonstration and brand promotion : Present a wide range of toys—from collectibles to educational playsets—in a fun and informative way that highlights key features and benefits. Live sales : Use engaging storytelling and playful presentation styles to drive toy sales via TikTok Live. Think like a toy salesperson, act like a performer! Engage viewers : Keep energy levels high, interact with viewers (especially kids and parents), respond to comments, and make the livestream a memorable and shareable experience.
REQUIREMENTS
Passion for toys, pop culture, or youth entertainment Previous experience in retail, education, performance, or customer-facing roles preferred Confident and playful on camera with a natural ability to entertain Quick learner who can adapt messaging based on audience response Able to take feedback and adjust delivery in real time Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced setting Must work onsite Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
COMPENSATION
Starting at $25/hour + commission, based on experience and performance
