Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
• Seat guests and provide them with menus
• Take reservations and manage the waitlist
• Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth operations
• Provide excellent customer service and address guest concerns or complaints promptly
• Use POS/Reservation system to manage seating arrangements and track reservations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
• Familiarity with POS/Reservation system is a plus
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
