Hostess/Host Kelly’s Steak and Seafood 316 Boal Avenue, Boalsburg, PA 16827

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by Greeting Guests when entering the restaurant Answering phones and making reservations Seating guests at tables
• Operate the Toast POS system to Make Reservations Seat tables
• Work closely with the waitstaff to ensure efficient and timely service

Skills:

• Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel setting is required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
• Familiarity with POS systems, specifically Toast POS, is a plus Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
