West Main Street, Ephrata, PA 17522 Our goal here at Twin Pine Manor B&B is to have all of our guests have a quality stay and breakfast experience with us. We are looking for a Breakfast Host/Hostess willing to work one or two weekends a month. We are looking for someone who is committed to excellence and high standards. Twin Pine Manor B&B has 9 guest rooms and is open year round. Job Overview Responsibilities include preparing and serving breakfast, clearing tables, and washing dishes from breakfast service, as well food preparation for the next day. Assisting with housekeeping needs, such as guest room freshening, is also required. Must have the ability to cook a prepared menu making individual plates or specialty requests based on dietary restrictions for our guests. Baking skills are also required. This position requires working weekends, a Saturday and Sunday shift, starting at 6:30am-2:00pm, including holidays. Availability on Friday, for food preparation for the Saturday breakfast is helpful, but not required. Skills The Breakfast Host/Hostess needs to have excellent communication skills, be well organized, discern work priorities, and have the ability to multitask. This person must be creative and detail oriented and have a passion for hospitality and customer service. Qualifications Previous experience as a cook or prep cook in restaurant or hotel setting. Familiarity with food service guidelines and operations. Strong customer service and communication skills are a must.
