OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE IS

Detail oriented, follows through and is able to multitask and prioritize needs while maintaining composure, focus and productivity Warm, friendly and an excellent communicator Able to work quickly and adapt on the go Passionate about providing guests with high-quality service Able to stand, walk, and/or sit for long periods of time and have the ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs Experienced in using POS systems, Resy, or other reservation management systems

A TASTE OF THE ROLE

Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact; escort them to assigned dining area Provide a friendly and caring experience for every guest that comes into the restaurant, upholding the restaurant’s hospitality standards Anticipate guest needs and maintain positive guest relations at all times Manage the flow of guests into the dining and bar area, provide accurate wait times to incoming guests if appropriate
