Romp n’ Roll of Willow Grove is a vibrant and nurturing kids’ gym where children ages 3 months to 5 years—and their grownups—come to move, play, learn, and grow together. Through our gym, art, and music classes, we spark curiosity, build confidence, and encourage joyful exploration during those important early years.

What You’ll Do:

Lead engaging, interactive classes in gym, art, and music Communicate warmly and clearly with both children and caregivers Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for every guest Host unforgettable birthday parties with energy, creativity, and a personal touch Adapt on the fly with a can-do attitude and a big smile

Our Ideal Candidate:

Loves working with children and thrives in a playful, active setting Is outgoing, dependable, and excited to be part of a team Can confidently interact with parents and caregivers Has a background in education, child development, performing arts, or similar (a plus, but not required!)

Compensation & Availability:

Hourly pay ranges from $14•20 , depending on experience and education. We offer flexible scheduling but ask that team members commit to a mix of shifts including at least one daytime , evening , and weekend shift per week.

PM Tuesday:

8:30 AM•3:00

PM Thursday:

8:30 AM•3:00

PM Friday:

9:00 AM•3:00

PM Party Host Hours:

Saturday:

2:30 PM•7:30

PM Sunday:
