Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service in a dining or hospitality setting.

Duties:

• Greet guests as they arrive and seat them accordingly
• Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently
• Provide menus and relay information about specials
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area
• Collaborate with servers to ensure guest satisfaction
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Skills:

• Experience in hospitality, restaurant, or guest services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar Point of Sale systems
• Ability to handle guest relations professionally
