The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage guest flow efficiently. Duties Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere. Manage reservations and seating arrangements using Google reservations and Spot On. Assist guests with inquiries, providing information about menu items and restaurant services. Maintain an organized waiting list during peak hours to optimize seating efficiency. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Handle phone calls with professionalism, addressing guest inquiries and making reservations as needed. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the host stand and dining areas. Provide exceptional guest services by anticipating needs and responding promptly to requests. Experience Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. A passion for hospitality and helping others create memorable dining experiences is highly valued.
