Summary:

We are seeking a reliable Host/Hostess with a desire to grow and learn to join our dining team of

at The Seabrook, The premier senior living community on Hilton Head Island! As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Duties:

Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor as they arrive and depart Manage seating arrangements efficiently Possesses strong product and menu knowledge Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining room Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow Answering phones and placing Take Out Orders Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times Willingness to assist other team members without being asked

Skills:

Experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment Proficient in phone etiquette and handling food orders Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude Knowledge of food service procedures and basic understanding of POS systems Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time Who are we?
