Breakfast Host/Hostess 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars 350 Johnnie Dodds Boulevard, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464 The role of a Holiday Inn Express Breakfast Host/Hostess is a distinctive and multifaceted position that goes beyond the traditional responsibilities of a restaurant host. In this role, you will manage the Express Start Breakfast, which offers a full buffet to our guests each morning. Your duties include preparing and maintaining the buffet, ensuring it remains well-stocked throughout your shift. The food preparation is straightforward, primarily using a convection oven for all menu items. As a host, you’ll be responsible for warmly welcoming guests to the dining area and assisting them throughout their breakfast experience. You will also bus tables and clean the kitchen and dining area during service, and once breakfast service is over. Additionally, you will perform weekly deep cleans and conduct inventory checks to facilitate twice-weekly food orders.
