Your core skills in customer service and communication will be essential as you greet guests, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth flow of seating. With experience in food service and restaurant operations, you will effectively handle guest inquiries and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Your familiarity with POS systems and guest relations will further enhance our commitment to exceptional hospitality. Join us in creating memorable experiences for every guest. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns. Collaborate with the restaurant team to maintain smooth operations. Uphold cleanliness and organization of the host area, ensuring a welcoming environment. Assist in managing waitlists and communicating wait times to guests.
