Hank’s Seafood Restaurant is located in a turn-of-the-century warehouse overlooking the Charleston City Market. Hank’s Seafood has been beautifully renovated to an ambiance that reflects Charleston’s port history and family roots. The consummate host, a Lead Host embodies hospitality, warmth, and expertise. From taking reservations to making sure a service runs smoothly, this individual is able to easily multitask while remaining collected and professional. The Lead Host is an excellent communicator and problem solver, working closely with multiple team members to ensure that all guests are well taken care of. Requested Tasks

  • Lead efforts with Host team to use and accurately maintain restaurant reservation system
  • including but not limited to proper table status, guest cover counts & table rotations through the shift, gathering guest profile notes for system database, etc.
  • Approachable and professional demeanor with guests & team alike
