Responsibilities:
Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival Manage reservations and coordinate seating for optimal flow Maintain an organized and up-to-date waitlist Provide accurate wait times and manage guest expectations Ensure the dining room and entrance areas are welcoming and immaculate Communicate effectively with servers, management, and kitchen staff Deliver exceptional guest service from start to finish
Qualifications:
Prior experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality preferred Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Well-groomed and professional appearance Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., Resy) a plus Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
