The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for guest services in a restaurant environment. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage the seating arrangements efficiently. Maintain an organized waitlist and communicate wait times to guests. Answer phone calls with professionalism, providing information about the restaurant and reservations. Assist guests with inquiries regarding food service and menu items, ensuring they have an enjoyable dining experience. Collaborate with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Handle guest relations effectively, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Requirements Previous experience in restaurant settings is preferred but not mandatory. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for interacting with guests and staff. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A friendly demeanor with a genuine desire to help others is crucial for success in this role. Knowledge of food service practices and guest services will be an advantage.
