Part-time Myrtle Beach, SC Resort Ops Company Description Pay Rate:
$15 / hour – Use our Daily Pay benefit and get access to your pay as you need it. A beautiful oceanfront resort that lies across the street from Family Kingdom Amusement Park, Westgate Myrtle Beach offers you an incredible opportunity to enjoy the sunshine, cool breezes and spectacular oceanfront views along the beautiful Grand Strand. Enjoy the satisfaction of assisting guests from all over the world who arrive to enjoy our spacious villas and numerous onsite amenities. Job Description Are you passionate about creating memorable experiences for both adults and children? Join our team as an Resort Experience Host where you’ll be responsible for curating engaging activities and ensuring guests have an unforgettable stay. As a Resort Experience Host, you will: Conduct a diverse range of activities for both adults and children.
Actively participate in all special events to elevate guest experiences.
Propose and develop ongoing activity ideas to enrich guest stays.
Maintain a detailed daily log and track guest participation.
Manage monetary transactions and uphold accounting procedures.
Perform duties equivalent to an Activities Attendant when required.
Utilize computer skills for equipment check-outs to resort guests.
Enforce safety regulations and guidelines for guest welfare.
Keep the Activities Center, boat dock, and surrounding areas clean and organized.
Assist in inventory management as needed. To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic. Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or six months to a year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with others.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
