Lunch Program Lead & Flex Team Member (FOH/BOH + Marketing) The Social Cork Wine Bar 887 Gold Hill Rd, Fort Mill, SC 29708
Overview:
We’re looking for a driven, creative, and experienced restaurant professional to launch and lead our lunch program at Social Cork Wine Bar. This multi-hat role includes cooking and serving during lunch hours, occasional closing shifts , and taking initiative with marketing and social media content to build awareness and traffic for our daytime offerings. You’ll be the face and heart of the lunch program, balancing guest interaction with back-of-house execution. If you thrive in fast-paced, hands-on environments and love making things happen—this job is for you. Competitive hourly pay $8-$12 pay plus tips (tips avg. $50 – $200 4 hours)
Key Responsibilities:
Lunch Service (FOH & BOH Flex) Cook and prepare lunch items to order Plate and serve guests with professionalism and warmth Manage the lunch rush solo or with minimal support (at the beginning; to kick it off) Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area Handle POS transactions, take-out orders, and phone calls Program Development & Promotion Help launch and develop the new lunch menu and service model Collaborate with ownership on feedback and improvement Represent the lunch program’s brand voice on social media Post photos, reels, and updates during downtime Restaurant Support Assist with occasional closing shifts (cleanup, cash out, prep for next day) Support FOH and BOH teams as needed on busier shifts Take ownership of special events, wine tastings, and promotions as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of restaurant experience (FOH and/or BOH) Strong multitasking skills—comfortable cooking while handling guests Self-starter mentality; can take initiative without constant supervision Creative mindset for marketing and guest engagement Reliable, organized, and professional in communication Social media savvy (Instagram/Facebook/Reels/etc.) Comfortable working solo during slower lunch hours
