• Job Summary
• We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Server Assistant to join our unique breakfast/brunch concept. The Host/Server Assistant will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring exceptional service.
• Duties
• Greet guests as they arrive and bid them farewell upon departure
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements
• Provide menus and assist with any special requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
• Communicate effectively with guests and staff to ensure smooth operations
• Assist servers and bussers as needed
• Operate POS system for seating assignments
• Requirements
• Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or restaurant environment preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
• Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle inquiries professionally
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to help team members as needed
