• Asian Inspired Wood Fired is looking for 1 full time host.

2 Years minimum experience as a host is required. If you do not have 2 years experience, please do not apply as you will not receive a call back. Pay is hourly plus tips. Please see info below. Love working in hospitality & restaurants but tired of not having a healthy balance between work and life? So were we & because of that, we decided to open our own restaurant so we could do things differently. We are looking to change the internal dialogue of what it means to work in hospitality & restaurants specifically. We have been operational employees in restaurants for years and are in the pursuit of finding balance withing our industry. The goal is to create a more sustainable life for those that work in restaurants. We are projecting to open late 2022 in East Nashville. While we are still ironing out all the details of benefits that we intend to provide as an employer, below is a list thus far as well as our mission statement and company values.

• 1% of Sales will be given back to each fulltime employee in the form of a yearly travel stipend
