Key Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and create a friendly, polished first impression. Offer courteous and attentive service, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. 2.
Reservation Management :
Efficiently manage reservations through the restaurant’s booking system, accommodating guest preferences and special requests. Communicate wait times accurately and inform guests of any delays. Keep track of table assignments and coordinate seating arrangements with staff to optimize seating and service flow. 3.
Seating Guests :
Escort guests to their tables, ensuring they are comfortably seated and aware of their server. Provide menus, highlight specials, and answer any initial questions about the dining experience. 4. Coordination with
