Process payments and handle cash transactions with precision. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience. Check IDs, we provide an ID scanner Uphold high standards of guest relations by providing help and support as needed. Qualifications Previous restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory. Strong guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Familiarity with restaurant service operations and POS systems. Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting. A positive attitude with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
