The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will manage the flow of guests, ensuring they are seated promptly and comfortably while providing exceptional customer service. This role is essential in maintaining guest relations and enhancing the overall dining experience. Responsibilities Greet guests as they arrive with a warm smile and friendly demeanor. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using the POS system. Assist guests with inquiries about menu items, restaurant policies, and services offered. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area. Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Provide information about special events or promotions to enhance guest experience. Uphold high standards of hospitality and customer service at all times. Skills Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with POS systems for managing reservations and orders is a plus. Strong background in hospitality or food service, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting. Ability to assist guests with inquiries, demonstrating strong customer service skills. Proficient in guest relations, ensuring that every visitor feels valued and welcomed. A positive attitude and willingness to help create a memorable dining experience for all guests.
