Host at Wine Down Neighborhood Bistro in Cambridge Square 2.5 2.5 out of 5 stars 9447 Bradmore Lane, Ooltewah, TN 37363 Wine Down Neighborhood Bistro in Ooltewah is looking for multiple friendly and organized Hosts to join our restaurant team. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and helping set the service team up for a smooth shift. You will be the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in setting the restaurant’s tone and providing a positive dining experience. Responsibilities Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and provide them with a warm welcome. Maintain front entrance organization and cleanliness. Seat guests at appropriate tables and ensure that they are comfortable and have everything they need. Answer phone calls and provide information about the restaurant, including hours of operation, menu items, and special events. Manage waitlists and reservations, providing accurate wait time estimates to guests. Organize menus and assist servers and support staff as needed Manage the flow of guests in and out of the restaurant, ensuring that the dining area is not overcrowded. Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Follow all restaurant policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and sanitation.
