Full Job Description Host:
At Original Louis, we are a family owned and operated business. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service and quality food to our guests in a family atmosphere. As a Host, you will be responsible for:
- Reading & Writing English and speaking conversations English.
- Making a happy and inviting first and last impression.
- Smile & have genuine conversation with guests.
- Coordinate the wait list and seating lists of the guests with a sense of urgency and politeness.
- Record and turn-in to-go orders, as well as, serve them to the appropriate guests.
- Learn to use a register, take payments from guests, and giving back change as needed. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- The ability and willingness to assist in all areas of lobby and dining area.
- Maintain attendance in accordance with company policy.
- Being prepared, with in dress code, and punctual for shifts.
- Other duties, tasks, and/or projects as assigned.
