The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a positive dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and ensure they feel welcomed. Manage the seating chart and efficiently assign tables to optimize flow and guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate waitlists and communicate wait times to guests effectively. Answer phone calls with professionalism, handling reservations and inquiries with excellent phone etiquette. Collaborate with the serving staff to ensure smooth service and guest relations throughout their dining experience. Provide information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to guests as needed. Uphold cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area. Experience Previous experience in hospitality or food service is required. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations and customer service. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
